Weekly Safety Share

Reporting Workplace Injuries

Good morning everyone

Attached please find our weekly safety share and policy (Reporting Workplace Injuries). Hoping you all take the time to review this important information and, where applicable, share with your direct reports and colleagues to foster awareness and compliance.

The concept of incident reporting has been around for quite some time now. Though it was designed to improve safety in the workplace, there are still a number of reasons why employees refuse to comply and avoid reporting. Organizational leadership and employees need to understand why reporting an incident makes such a big difference in the safety, efficiency and overall well-being of the company and its employees. So, "no injuries please" but if it happens, report it. This is also applicable to incidents related to property damage and spills here at Function of Beauty.

If you have any questions regarding Learning and Development or EHS, please discuss them with your manager or contact the EHS department.

At any level, it's all about culture. Let's build it together for a safer work environment.

Thank you for helping us make a difference. Please visit us at https://www.functionehs.com for additional EHS information.

Have a great weekend!
